Bujumbura, Burundi June 2013 Living Grace Bible Church

We had an amazing opportunity to go to Bujumbura Burundi with our church. While we were there, we taught Hermeneutics to local pastors at the ICM seminary led by Painito and Rose Ambuka. We were also given the opportunity to hear from many different missionaries and humanitarians who are serving around this area of Africa, and join alongside of them and support their work.

Amanda’s story represents the thousands of individuals and families in our communities. The Orange County Rescue Mission provides a path towards hope for these people by providing an environment that promotes confidence and restoration.
Thank you so much to Amanda and her adorable son for being willing to work so hard and tell such a personal story through this video.

Get on the Bus

Get on the Bus Promo Video from curtis nemetz on Vimeo.

Get on the Bus is a program that enables kids to visit their incarcerated parents. This was an incredibly emotional day and so powerful to witness and to capture on film. I have never wanted to badly to just hold my kids and appreciate the fact that I can do so whenever I wish. It is my prayer that these kids would be a motivation to these incarcerated moms to change their lives.

Socks On

Socks on Promo two from curtis nemetz on Vimeo.

Three of my cousins were diagnosed with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy in 2003. Since then our family has struggled to figure out a way to help them. About 6 months ago, their cousin Sean Barker began Socks On as a way to raise awareness and funds to support research for a cure.
Check out socks-on.org to get more information on how you can help and to learn more about this disease.
